A short overview of what I have been doing and where.
My work centers on the governance and digital transformation of higher education in Indonesia — policy design, learning outcomes frameworks, and national-scale information systems used by every university in the country.
I co-designed and led the implementation of the National Diploma Numbering system (PIN) and the Electronic Diploma Verification System (SIVIL), both of which are now mandatory across all higher education institutions in Indonesia. I also led the policy and operational side of the foreign diploma equivalency service, which received the TOP 99 Public Service Innovation Award from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform.
As a Commitment Officer (PPK), I managed several flagship competitive funding programs at the Directorate General of Higher Education — including the Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM) and Kedaireka / Matching Fund, which connects universities with industry partners and contributed to Indonesia’s rise on the Global Innovation Index.

Research & Teaching
Peer-reviewed research on knowledge markets and online learning. Lecturer at Universitas Gunadarma and other institutions.
